When placing your order, please select a delivery date. If no date is chosen, your order will be delivered the same day it is received (if before the cut-off time).

Do We Deliver to Your Area?
We deliver throughout Caloundra including Kings Beach, Dicky Beach, Currimundi, Little Mountain, Pelican Water, Banya etc. As well as surrounding areas on the Sunshine Coast such as all sunshine coast hospitals, Mooloolah, Kawana, Buderim, Coolum, Glass House Mountains and more.

What is the cut-off time for same-day flower delivery?
To guarantee same-day delivery, please place your order by 11am AEST (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday or any time on Sunday will be delivered the following Monday morning.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we’ll do our best to meet any special requests.
Business deliveries will be made before close of business, provided we have accurate delivery details.
Will you call the recipient before delivering?
If you would like us to call the recipient before delivering, simply add a note in the “special instructions” section at checkout. However we do not contact the recipient unless it has been explicitly asked.
Please note that hospital deliveries are always confirmed prior to delivery.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is home at the time of delivery, our courier will leave the flowers in a safe spot (such as the front or back door), provided it’s safe to do so or as requested by the sender.
What if the delivery address is incorrect?
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.
If the address is incorrect but the flowers are recoverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses that are not recoverable.
